And here it is the morning I left, putting some final touchups on the project. The footstool part will be painted with deck paint, and the painting will get three coats of clear varnish...This felt like a wonderful way to leave something of myself to Belize, and I was really grateful for the opportunity to do some artwork in a place where it was enjoyed and valued.
